Life I moved to Houston, after graduating a year early from high school, to attend Bible College. Well, a few years at Bible College "cured" me of wanting to become a Pentecostal preacher and I switched to another university to get a theatre/speech degree. Of course, after graduation I moved to New York but mostly all I did was work in an office and check things out. I did get propositioned by a few broadway directors, but that was as close as I came to stardom. After that, I returned to Houston with the intent of packing up to move back to San Diego, but was lured by the low rents and great job markets at the time. So I worked, like most out-of-work actresses, as a secretary. Eventually I worked my way up in the technology field. Went back to school to get my MBA and bounced around a few companies (remember, this is Houston -- the energy industry mecca.... which means everyone is re-organized about every 6 months.)
