Happy 2006 to everyone! My family has moved to Atlanta so that I could return to work for the contractor that hired me in Savannah. I am really excited about being here: closer to family (my mom lives a mile away), working for a great company again, and having so many more options in a big city. I didn't really care for Savannah all that much so moving here was not a major leap. y large family. Speaking of families, mine just seems to get bigger all of the time. I think at last count my parents had 22 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Dad is still going strong on the farm having celebrated his 75th birthday this summer. Mom is doing well here in Atlanta, happy to have family close by. I currently have a nephew/Godson serving in Iraq with the Marine Corp so please keep him in your prayers. Well, I guess that is as current as it gets.
