Karen's Story
Life
I have been married now to my wonderful husband, Charles, for 10 years. We have three kids Nathan age 8, Alli age 3 and her twin Brooke Age 3. I have a wonderful job working as an ER nurse at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo. Everything is going GREAT for my family despite many challenges. I would not change a thing!
College

Workplace
I work full time at Bronson Methodist Hospital in the Trauma and Emergency Department. I love the Trauma aspect the BEST! There is nothing more challenging and rewarding then car accidents, burns, cardiac arrests, and pediatric diseases and knowing that I make the difference in saving that person's life. Nursing is definetely what I love to do and will be a true ER/Trauma nurse for years to come. I graduated 10 years from RN School and am so glad I took that path in my life.
