Karin's Story
~*Born Karin Lee Grant from Syracuse, New York... I went to Bellevue Elementary & Shea Jr. High School in Syracuse before moving to Orlando, Florida and going to Liberty Middle School & Colonial High School... I am now living in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I am the mother of two young men & one beautiful daughter... My oldest Son Chris is 25 & in the US Army & stationed in Northern California with his wife Angela. He did his tour in Iraq at the very beginning of the war. Now he is getting ready for OCS... My youngest Son Kevin is 22 & in the US Navy & stationed in Hawaii. He started out in College to become an Architect and one day said *Mom, I'm joining the Navy...* That was a shocker... I also have a daughter that I gave up for adoption. option and I watched her grow through pictures and letters from her Mom & Dad... They are the greatest Mom & Dad... Her name is Mallory and she is amazing & beautiful... She's 18 years old... She loves horses and wants to be a Vet. We started communicating last June... I received an email from her and my heart dropped. It was rough a few times with her, but she has gone through a lot and seems to have a handle on things now... My kids are my greatest accomplishments... I've had a rough life but I am finally happy with my husband Jim... We have been together for over 5 years but just got married January 23rd, 2010... God gives you the greatest gifts when you least expect it... It took awhile but I finally got it right... Couldn't be happier...
