Karin's Story
Life
Married in Sept 2003 to Ric Maxim (Creston High School class of 1981) 2 grown kids Kurt 28 & Kellie 26 and her husband Damian my first grandchild Kaelyn Jane (born august 10th 2010). 2 step-sons Marine Corporal Anthony Maxim 21, stationed in Quantico Virginia and Pv2 Andrew Maxim 19 is home from Iraq and newly married to Carla stationed at Fort Stewart Georgia until January when he moves to Alaska with his new bride and family and he serves stateside. 2 girlie dogs Shiloh and Amber.
School
Biggest Crush was a football player from the class of 1976, he didnt know i existed but i swooned everytime he walked by! His name was Dan. My craziest memory was of a home-ec class where we made cinnamon rolls but added too much yeast and they were enormous & then for good measure we added green food coloring to the icing. The teacher gave us a D for our efforts!!!
I am currently blessed to be a homemaker and spend quality time with my precious dogs!

i can go back to work instead of relying on "MARVIN".
If I had a "Do-Over" I would have gone on the senior trip to the Bahamas instead of saving my money for furniture for my first home.
In 10 years, I hope to be retired. I'm going to get there by God's good grace!!.
my oldest friend (Kris) i met in the 4th grade. we met on the monkey bars and got in a minor kicking fight because we were in each others way!! but we got along famously after that!!
My hero is Jesus! he is my inspiration and my trials are insignificant compared to his sacrifice on the cross for us all!!
If I could improve my home, I'd remodel garage and add on a deck and hot tub. My dream home would be right where I am.
I hope old friends remember me as someone who was kind and considerate.
If I won $100 million, I'd give most of it to famiy, then spend the rest on church, travel and retirement.
(who am i kidding? i would probably take a turn for the worst, and then ruin my whole life with excess.) :) bwahaha!! (evil laugh)
