Karl's Story
Life
Class of '77. Went into the Army for three years, was stationed at Ft. Jackson S.C. for basic training. Then went to Ft. Gordan Ga. for my A.I.T. and my permanent party assingment. I was a Tactical Satelite Microwave Radio Operator(I ran a radio). Had a great time. Didn't like the army crap(uniforms,marching,hair cuts...etc.), but the people I met were great. Lots of parties(our platoon was known as "The Microdots",(Those that have to ask will never know or understand.) Got out in '80 and came back to Hereford. Went...Expand for more
to work at Holley Sugar for ten campaigns, worked a couple of other places in the off seasons. Raised hell and partied. Yes,I was stupid a couple of times(DWIs and possession). Now, I work at Southwest Feedyard as a night watchman, been here 1990 and I like it. Still single not planning on getting married until I make my first million. No kids that I know of. My personal philosophies are; I may be getting older but I'll never grow up. And like Woody Allen said "I plan to achieve imortality by not dying." I'm an optimist.
