Karla's Story
I really hated high school. I wasn't popular. I was a social misfit that had a hard time making friends. Even when I did, I couldn't keep them. I avoided all the normal teenage life experiences by getting married in the middle of my junior year. Unfortunately, I wasn't any better at being a wife than a freind.
I'm on Husband #4 now, but I never did find "Mr. Right." I guess there's no "Mr. Right" for "Mrs. Wrong." :-)
If I wrote the story of my life, I would call it, "Bad Experiences Really Can Produce Good Things"

daughters and my daughters have given me two beautiful granddaughters.
I'll never be a "Goody Two-Shoes," but I haven't drank or smoked in 20 years. I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Washington in 2002. The education elevated my self-esteem, but it didn't do a thing for my career.
I've gone through jobs as fast as I go through husbands. Right now, I have a low-status, low-paying union job, but I'm not married to it like most folks. I have a home on five acres between Duvall and Carnation, and I'd rather be there than anywhere else :-)
