Life I started elementary school in Munich, Germany in 1956. In the middle of my 2nd grade (1958), my father was transferred to MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. I spent the rest of 2nd grade at Ballast Point Elem. School. For the 3rd thru the 6th grade (1959-62), I went to Tampa Bay Elem. School. I started 7th grade at Oak Grove Jr High School in 1963. In the middle of the school year, my family transferred to Loring AFB, ME. In 1965 I spent my freshman year at Limestone High School. At the end of my 9th grade, my father was transferred to Edwards AFB, California. There I attended Desert High School for my 10th grade and half of my 11th (1965-67). In the middle of my junior year, my father was transferred to Beale AFB in northern California. I finished my junior and senior year at Wheatland High School (1967-68).
