Life I've been living in the Seattle area since 1965, with a break to Walla Walla from 1997 to 1999. I'm divorced and reverted to my maiden name when my children left the nest. My son, Marc Nicolas Policani, is married and has a son born January 18, 2001, daughter born June 28, 2004 and son born May 7, 2008. My daughter, Chiara Mari Policani Pfeifer, is divorced and has a daughter, Amber born April 3, 1998, but who thinks she's at least a teenager and is my sidekick extraordinaire. I've worked the majority of my adult life as an administrative assistant and/or executive secretary, but most recently was an Office and HR manager but the economy took its toll and I was laid off in October '09. I'm not as shy, or quiet, as I was in junior high or high school, but am still somewhat introverted. I'm also not skinny anymore! For those of you who knew my family, I lost both older brothers Dave (February 2004) and Mel (October 2004). Sister Delores succumbed to Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH) September 30, 2006. Sister Carol lost her husband of 42 years and moved in with me. She most recently had a lung transplant and will be getting out of the hospital before the end of February. I won a trip in 2004 to Cabo San Lucas so sister Wanda and I spent my 60th Birthday (November 13) at Todo Santo...Expand for more
