Karyn's Story
I grew up in Dorchester, Ma. lived at 1757 Dorchester Avenue (St. Marks Parish) and went to St. Mark’s school until 5th grade then went to The Sarah Greenwood School to finish off the 5th grade. Went to the Oliver Wendell Holmes School for 6th and 7th got kept back in 7th. I then left and went to the Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School for 7th and 8th grade. I went Dorchester High School for 9th and some of 10th but hated it so I quit and got my GED. At 18 I went to Hairdressing School.
I live on the South Shore (Brockton Area) in MA. now I have a 16 yr old son named Hunter James.
College:
I didn't go to college, but I went to Hairdressing school when I was 18 yrs old.I went to Wilfred Hair Academy in Boston,then I went to LIBBS Beauty School in Malden,Ma. to finish up.
Workplace:

Hairdresser at 18 for a year and then when I was 19 I worked a little some where else (Gillette) not as a hairdresser, then when I was 22 years old I worked at Supercuts in Quincy Ma. as a Hairstylist and a Shift manager up until March 2003 and had my son in May 2003.I quit hairdressing to raise my son.
Marriage:
I have been with my husband since I was 19 years old, we met when I worked at Gillette in South Boston, Ma. for a while.
Now:
I'm still a homemaker I've been dealing with some health issues which is keeping me from working. I'd rather be working then be at home. I try and keep in touch with people from my past through email and Facebook. I've found some people from some of the schools I went to on Facebook it's nice to hear from them after all these years! Thank God for Facebook! :-)
