Life
Hi All, Well since leaving Garfield High School.. I've complete my Associates degrees, a bachelor's degree a teaching credential and am currently completing my master's degree in Instructional design & technology. I got married..had three kids...now I'm divorced (I know, I know..bummer, huh??). But that's life!!! I work in education, I love my children DEARLY!! I work hard ...usually doing too many projects all at once.
I am proud to say that every goal I set for myself since leaving high school has been set , and fulfilled in some way. However, I have reached..like, I am sure most of us, a crossroads...its a fun time. a time to set new goals and change my outlook. My children are my guiding lights...the stars that guide the fut...Expand for more
ure. I will probably continue to follow them.
I am thinking of eventually teaching math at the junior high level..its where I think I am needed most right now. My teaching & education background spans from early childhood & infancy, parent education, through elementary school, fostering children, and after school care of school-age children.
I am planning on writing a book. Hmmmm fiction or non-fiction..well, a little of both would be fun.
What else? I hope to spend the rest of my life with my soulmate..who is currently not in my life (boohoo). I want to share the my joys, sorrows & struggles & triumphs. But isn't that what we all want? Okay, well, that's enough for now!
