Life
Let's see here.......... hummmmm......
I'm a stay at home mom of 2. We homeschool. My husband works for a wonderful company now. We own our own home in the country with an acre of land. As always, we have lots of pets. I don’t think I could ever be happy without animals around.
I enjoy reading, writing stories, photography, drawing, spending time with family and friends, watching movies, listening to music and surfing the web.
School
Ok.... So, if you really knew me you'd know that I really didn't like school or take it that seriously. I only liked it because I got to see my friends everyday unlike now... once maybe twice a week for some and maybe once or twice a year with others.
I'm actually going back to school, TCC Trinity River, this fall (2013)!
I didn't meet my husband in high school, I met him at work (Ft. Worth Zoo). We've been dating since July of 2000 and we were married at the JP on Granbury Rd in Oct. 2003.
Lets see here, my favorites:
class: tie between chemistry and algebra
lunch: subway- turkey
friend: can't say. I don't want to make anyone jealous. lol.
crush: I wouldn't dare speak of that!! If you knew me then, you'd know who...
teacher: I liked Mr. Moore and Mrs. Davis. They were the best teachers....
moments: daydreaming about anything and everything. Drawing.
And if I could do it all over again, wow! I have can think o...Expand for more
f at least a hundred things I'd do differently! I would have: studied more, tried harder on everything, tried out for softball or something, stayed in JROTC, made more friends, been much more vocal on my opinions and much much more.... But, if I did anything differently, I wouldn’t be who I am today.
Workplace
Well, work wasn't too good to me either. My first ever job was great- the zoo. I meet my now husband there and I made so many friends! It was always so hot or just really cold!
When I was at hobby lobby, while in tcc, I had only a little bit of fun. Any other time I had was spent running all over the store and doing freight when I wasn't on the register. Ugh!
After I was at hobby lobby I went over to a mortgage outsourcing company, hastings property sevs., where I worked with several of my old friends, becky king, kelly (I can't remember her last name- sorry kelly!), and other folks that became friends. When that business was seeming to go into "the hole" I somehow landed a job at colonial savings. Granted that my mother worked there, we were in different departments. Then after working there just over a year I was laid off!! That was a real kick in the back side! And now I'm a housewife. I'm very lucky, if I do say so myself... My hubby works very hard to make it all work but our daughters are very healthy and happy.
And life goes on.....
