Kathleen's Story
Mom and Dad owned the Pine Grill which closed in the early 70's. I left the Steger area in 1969 to teach in the western Chicago Suburbs. Left teaching after 10 years and went into computer programming/banking and eventually management. taken me to California, Maine, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Argentina and London.
I have been married for 30 years now and have one step daughter and 2 grand kids.
We live in Florida except for a few months in the summer when we stay in a cabin in Indiana. I am still working but really look forward to retiring in the next year or two.
