Kathleen's Story
Life
Actually could write a book (as i'm sure most can) I've been living in Houston, Texas for 15 years now. (great winters, summers ugh) I have a 5 room house, 2 bath, 2 car garage, fenced in yard in a subdivision (that's what they call neighborhoods here) in the northwest part of town in the vacinity of Intercontinental Airport (20-30min drive). Been married to a wonderful man for 15 years. Have 2 children (he has 4 all grown and 5 grandkids up in Mass) 1 son Michael 27 (actor/entertainer) and 1 daughter Stefanie 18, still in high school and swimmer extrordinaire(spelling?) and artist, has won medals and trophies in both. Then there are the fur kids, 2 cats, Fluppy (yes fluppy) 8 years old and Sierra 6 months old (born during hurricane rita). Was a workaholic most of my life and have enjoyed being "retired" since 2001 and just love'in it. Would just love to hear from anyone that remembers me and would like to email a friend in Texas y'all (that's texas talk ya know) We cold reminise (spelling?) and/or talk about lifes journey. I'm sure we all have some interestin...Expand for more
g stories to tell. I have often thought of St George and all my classmates and on occasion have looked at the school pictures and just wondered where everyones life had taken them. Mom tould me the school closed down a couple years back and oh so sad. When i've been up there i always go by and remember. hard to believe it's been 33 years. For anyone that remembers Sister Lucille Roy i saw her again when my son graduated from St George back in 1992. Real good to see her. 8th grade was interesting i remember it well. New York, bus got robbed (girls smoking in one of the neighbors yards near school) and oh the crying for several weeks before the end of that year. To this day it is one of the very painful memories of my teen years. Another tidbit my son Michael lives in the apartment above what used to be Bouchards variety store (that we could'nt go to during school hours but sneaked sometimes anyway). To all please feel free to email me anytime if you want to check in or ask questions, would love to hear from any and all. Hugs from Houston Kathy (Moran) Gosselin
