That I completed 3 Marathons----Slowely, but surely, which would shock my classmates, because I am not a fast runner. I have awards from ice and roller skating, and the finisher's medals from "running the marathons I just recently won the reverse drive contest in my golf league, which even surprised me!!!! I know this would really shock the kids in the Bedford Schools, because they would groan if I got stuck with them on their teams in gym classes. I have another shocker---I was awarded a "Miss Congeniality" trophy from my golf league because I would go around and mingle with the ladies before we started to play, very unlike how I was in school. This year, I won the most fours contest in my golf league, and my group won the scramble at the end of the year. We call ourselves the "Fore Queens" because we were always yelling "FORE" This year, I am training to run the Rite Aid Half Marathon, first race I have done in 10 years! Update!!!! May 19, I "ran" my first half marathon at the Cleveland Rite Aide, which took me 3 hours, 34 minutes, and 42 seconds! Less time than I thought. I wa...Expand for more
