Kathy's Story
Reaching this ripe (wonderful) age I find myself reflecting on school days and people I knew and loved.
Although I attended Fisher Park High School, most of my friends either attended St. Anne's Academy or St Pat's.
So many fond memories of "the gang" - sitting in the McStravick's back porch on a summer evening,or singing and dancing wherever and whenever possible, sharing a coke and fries at "The Top Hat" (I think that cost 25 cents!), or Willy Lamb walking barefoot in the snow in the dead of winter to make us laugh. And we did!
Saw a bit of the world travelling as the wife of a Canadian so...Expand for more
ldier - Germany, Holland, Austria, Italy and Cypress. I caught the bug for sure as I am always ready to go to new places.
Ottawa is a long way from Langley, BC and most of my family are no longer there but I will always think of it as "home."
I work full time as Office Administrator at a Professional Engineering Office. Three kids - 5 grandchildren. Three of the grand kids were born in Japan to my son and his Japanese wife. They are now living very close by in Langley and we feel very blessed.
