served the Lord through Timberlake Baptist Church for many years. Health issues keep me home but today, I am a writer. I have one novel, The Vision of a Mother's Heart and am working on the sequel.(historical family fiction) My novels are inspired by my grandmother's childhood. Set in and around Roanoke; including The Vinton School which was the building at the bottom of the hill when we attended William Byrd Intermediate.I also have written a children's book, Missy Cat in the Heart of the Tree - A Christmas Story illustrated by Ron Sumner.
I am on facebook, twitter, pinterest and have a blog.
