Kathy's Story

Who I was in '75 and who I am in 2011 are totally different people! I guess that's true of all of us. Since I left high school, I got married, moved to Arkansas and started a new life. I've been in Arkansas since '77 and immediately went to work for the State of Arkansas in Human Resources (payroll & personnel). My son is now 36 years old! Unbelievable how time slips away. and was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's. He passed away in July '09 after battling the disease for 7 years. I would not wish that illness on my worst enemy! In July '10 I retired from the State to enjoy life and do a little traveling. Through all my trials, I've come to trust God with all my heart! I pray that you, too, know him as your Lord and Savior! Life is short so don't waste time!
