Kathy's Story
When we were in high school, could you ever comprehend that one day you would say, "I remember 33 years ago when I was in high school, in the 10th grade, blah, blah, blah"?
When I was in high school I heard adults say "I remember 30 years ago when", blah, blah, blah and I thought wow, you are old.
Now 30 years later after graduating from high school and living life, I can say, I remember 33 ago when I was in high school, in 10th grade, putting tacks on Mr. Goldstiens chair, in English class. Looking back, life ...Expand for more
was so easy then but it did not seem like it at the time.
I remember Mr. Keys telling our class in 9th grade, by the time you grow up and have children, bread will be over a dollar a loaf and so will gas, while the class laughed at him. Who would have thought???
Life is hectic, schedules to keep, etc but it's fun to take time out every now and think back on high school. The flower parties, football games and all the other memories, they were fun and still bring laughs. I hope you have lots of fun memories too.
