Kathy's Story
Kathy's schools include University of Oklahoma, Central State, Classen High School, Northeast High School, Pleasant Hill Elementary School. Kathy later attended University of Oklahoma (Political Science, English, Journalism) .
She has worked at four major newspapers: The Daily Oklahoman, The Houston Chronicle...Expand for more
, European Stars and Stripes, and the San Antonio Express-News. She then became a Library Director.
She moved around a lot. Spent 1-3 grades in Orlando. 4th grade in Perry, 5th grade at Pecan Grove in Lawton and was the first 6th grade class to graduate from the newly built Eisenhower Grade School in Lawton.
