After graduating from high school, I went to work for Ryder Truck Lines and remained there for 15 years. During that time, I married and we adopted a little boy, named Derek, who is now 22 years old and in the Air Force. He is an awesome son and I couldn't have asked for any better! His father and I remained married for 12 years, divorcing in 1990. In 1988, I went to work for Chambersburg Hospital in their Human Resources Dept. I remained there for 14 years until I got a job recruiting physicians to the area from all over the world. Although I liked that job, I was also working part of my time in a newly developed department called School Liaison.
