Kathy's Story
Life
John and I live on Hoover Reservoir. We have three children. Bethany Thayer, our oldest and was married on 9/24/06. She met her husband Bennet at Otterbein college where they both graduated. Jeffrey, our middle child is still working on college and working with one of John's nephews in Columbus. We just took Michael our youngest to Ashland University last weekend. He is studying Business Administration. He just graduated this year from Big Walnut and he hated graduating. He enjoyed everyday he spent there, with his friends and staff. Michael is an avid snow boarder and wanted to be near a ski resort. Ashland is about 20 minutes from "Snow Trail." Snow trails is his home away from home (hates summer.) I couldn't take Colorado, his first choice.
We had two dogs until 3 weeks ago. Our 16 year old mut who moved in here with us was ran over by a car in the driveway. He is now put to rest near the water where he grew up. We now have a very depressed Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier who is very lonely. (No more dogs please) Tucker loves the water and we can't keep him out! Tucker takes a lot of care and attention.

er at Anheuser Busch and I am a secretary the Administration Building in Westerville City Schools. I started in the district 12 years ago at Wilder Elementary, and I swear I was not the typical school scretary (no apples on my desk.) We had so much fun. I was blessed to wake up in the morning and get to my job. We lost my brother 4 years ago and my dad 2 years ago. As you can imagine, my mom tried to move on and she did. I am so proud of her. She encouraged me to move to the administration building so I would have more time for her. Unfortunately, our plan failed. She had repeat bypass surgery in 12/06, which she survived. Due to complications post surgery, she passed on 12/30/2006.
Her many friends and family miss her terribly.
About a brand new chopper, no not yet. But we are in the market. We are emty nesters and John loves bike night over at Polaris. Our good times are sailing the Hobie Cat, sailing the O'Day and vacationing with the family. A tradition my parents began 30 years ago. Every year we go to St. Pete Beach, outside of Tampa.
Take care everyone.
UPDATE: WE HAVE OUR FIRST GRANDCHILD!!!
