Hi, anybody! Graduated from University of Colorado in 1972 - got work in Boulder County Courts for 7ish years - had 2 kids & didn't work but occasionally outside the home during that time - they went to school & I went back to work as legal secretary to excellent attorney, BUT!!!! He retired!!!! 19 years down the tubes!!!! So - now I work at the University of Colorado in the business school, with the masters degree program, and also spend some time working at a local law office in Louisville. I get to WALK there - it's in a little house - life is good. Married - excellent husband who's been in law enforcement for 35 years. Kids have fled the nest - and it's quiet and lovely in here!! ...Expand for more
Now I need to amend the story of my children, since I wrote it a couple of years ago. Daughter Emily is now 28 and a GAY DIVORCEE. Son Will is 25 and attends the Colorado School of Art in Denver - is going into filmmaking, etc. - it's ex-ACT-ly where he should be, and he loves it. He will owe a bazillion dollars in loans, but hey! WE HAD A GREAT REUNION A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO - geeze, it seems like yesterday, but a ton of time has passed, darn it. Yes, we WILL have a 40th - I'm already hearing from folks!! - so don't hesitate to write, please - suggestions for reunion locations are sincerely appreciated.
