Katy's Story
Life
Hi, I am living in the Nashville, TN area. It is absolutely beautiful! I have three girls 19, 17, and 12 . I started working at a Christian publisher in the area a few years ago. It's a big change from home schooling, but much easier. My girls are growing up so fast. My oldest will be getting married this summer. I am NOT old enough to be a mother-in-law It's tough getting older!!! (I never consented to getting old. Who gave permission for that!!) My second daughter will graduate this year and begin college. She is amazing. She sings (taking after her daddy) and is very smart. Makes for interesting arguments because she can argue with the wall and win!!! My youngest is in the 7th grade and can sing with the best of them. She can do a "Bon Qui Qui 'King Burger'" ...Expand for more
imitation that keeps us all rolling. We have added my oldest daughter's future spouse to the mix. What an awesome man of God. He's a keeper. We make my husband crazy with all the female hormones. We even have three female dogs. Can you tell that I love my family. Life keeps rolling like a downhill snowball. I still try to stop and enjoy the time I have with my family. I still play my trumpet and recently purchased the "horn of my dreams. "I miss the people in Westlake, but not the smell/weather/mosquito population.
Food for thought: Will people who have met me be better off having known me or better of never having met me? This has a profound affect on the way I see and treat people. I hope it affects you, too. I would love to hear from old friends. Blessings, Katy
