Keith's Story

Life Contact me on Face Book (one word) When I hit fifty I contemplated my life. All things considered I've done well and life is good. What I missed was long term relationships with many of the friends I've made and sharing our experiences. Its been noones fault but mine. I kept moving on and was too absorbed in my current situation to look back. I hope to correct it by tracking some of you down and stiking up at least a exchange of experiences and opinions. There are others who I briefly knew and lacked the fortitude to pursue as a friend perhaps I will find some of you and correct that as well. I hope to broaden myself through this and hopefully rekindle old relationships and make a few new ones. To help you all catch up: In 1972 my family moved from McHenry to Titusville. My senior year of high school I got a couple of scholarships to go U of Illionois and study engineering. While there I joined a fraternity house and made many life long friends. Then I served 6 years as a naval officer, first on warships then as a air/naval gunfire liasion officer. For a variety of reasons I got out before going back to a second sea tour. Then, I got a graduate degree and an engineering license and built telecommunications facilities and other corporate buildings for GTE in the midwest and elsewhere. After that I worked for ARINC near Washington buiding overseas, mostly in the Pacific, Far East, and the breakup Soviet States. When we had children I quit and got a job as manager of construction for a Federal Agency. Since then I've been promoted several times and have broa...Expand for more

After the Navy I attended Illinios State University and received an MBA Military Started with JROTC in high school. I received a NROTC scholarship.
