Keith's Story
Life
I enlisted in the US Marines Corps after graduation.(1985-89) I married Katrina(RHS Class of 1983) in 1988. Sadly, we divorced in 1991 wiser for the wear and tear. I remarried in 1999 to the wonderful Paula Stillman. We have two cats, both are spoiled calicos. We also have 2 beautiful grown daughters, two grandsons, and a house in the wilds of Harrisville, Utah. (I returned to Utah in July 2003 because I was burned out on the Republic of California.)
I listen to rock, new age, classical, anime themes and most other music. I would love to hear from other RHS classmates. Especially if any applicable statute of limitations have expired and they have forgotten if I still owe them money. (I am kidding.) :)
Workplace
Currently, I am employed by Paragon Systems as an emergency dispatcher in Ogden, Utah. I have previously worked at ATK Space Systems and as a Security Account Manager, a field supervisor, quality control officer, and security consultant for several California companies and as a community service office...Expand for more
r for California State University. I have 30 plus years experience in the security industry. I have also held a position as a Polls Inspector for the San Diego County Registrar of Voters from 1995 until 2003.
I was previously a certified hunter safety instructor for the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources and a member of the Weber County CERT team.
Military
During my marine corps years, I was initially assigned to the Marine Corps Security Force Company at Bangor Naval Submarine Base outside of Seattle, Washington. After 18 months, I was transferred to the 1st Marine division and was assigned to 2nd Battalion/1st Marine Brigade at Camp Pendleton, California. There I served 6 months of overseas duty with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit(Special Operations Capable) in the Philippines, Japan, Thailand, Australia, Hong Kong, and Korea. Upon return to the United States, my unit was reorganized and became the 1st Battalion/4th Marine Brigade. On 15 September 1989, my enlistment expired and I returned to civilian life.
