Hello everyone. I've been out of touch with everyone for a long time. I am now an English Professor at a college in Arizona. I am on Facebook if you want to join and look me up. It's free and if you send a request I will add you as a friend. I have a contract to write a composition textbook due to be completed this summer. I am also working on a book that is part autobiography, part instruction guide for non-traditional/returning students. I plan to shop that one after I finish the comp text. My life has been more than a little crazy. I was a bartender in the Bay Area for a number of years. That led to working with a lot of my rock and roll heroes in the music business. I am going to post some of my favorites on Facebook. That career ended with Sammy Hagar and some Cabo Wabo tequilla - not a bad way to finish. There were also a show with the Eagles. That one involved cocktails with Glenn Frey and Joe Walsh. I know - even as I write this I know it doesn't sound believable. That reminds of another episode involving Andy Summers from The Police. This was one of the best conversations on music I have ever had -and a pretty bad hangover too....Expand for more
