I very rarely check classmates. - Keith Life After HS graduation, I spent the summer in Brazil. - It was wonderful -- (As luck would have it, that summer, Ipenema Beach went from nude to string bikinis!) Spent 3 1/2 years in New Orleans getting a BS at Tulane Univ, then spent a year living in the Dominican Republic. Returned to the states and attended a combined MD, MS degree program at CW Post (Long Island Univ) and Ross Univ School of Medicine. Did a Surgical Residency in Brooklyn, NY and then transferred into a Family Practice Residency in Niagara Falls, NY. Worked as Associate Director for a hospital Emergency Medicine Department in northeastern PA for about 10 years along with having a small Family Medical Practice near Scranton, PA. During that time, I started the first AED program in Pennsylvania. I also went on vacation for a month and toured a great part of South Africa just before the first election after apartheid. I rode an ostritch. I danced with naked Zulu women in the jungle. It was a very interesting visit. Moved to a suburb of Pitsburgh, PA to accept the position of Corporate Medical Director for the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory, a DOE/ Naval Reactors Facility about 16-years ago. Married my soul-mate as we moved to the Pittsburgh, PA suburb where we currently reside. We have two beautiful children: 11 and 4-year old! Received an MPH (Masters in Public Health) degree from Medical College of Wisconsin. We attended the 20th & 30th HS reunions -- plan to attend the next one!! I'm still working on scanning our HS yearbook, copies of OZ and other HS stuff and make a CD with all of it. Hope to finish the project eventu...Expand for more
