Life
FAMILY: My wife, Heather and daughters Reese Briana Evans (03-13-2012); Keira Evans and Quinn Evans both born August 18, 2017.
CURRENTLY: We live in Phoenix, Arizona. I am a Family Law Attorney for a law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- December 2012 to March 2014- Law Office of Keith J. Evans, PLLC, Phoenix, AZ, emphasis on Family Law Matters- divorce; child custody; paternity; legal decision making and juvenile matters and some criminal defense.
March 2010 to November 2012- Deputy County Attorney in Yavapai County, Arizona. Have done 5 felony trials since 2010. Final assignment was prosecuting juveniles.
Mohave County Deputy County Attorney (prosecutor)- March 2004- March 2010. Had 13 felony trials and 6 misdemeanor jury trials; City of Lake Havasu Prosecutor's Office; 11/2003 to 03/2004; Assistant City Prosecutor. Prosecuted misdemeanor crimes for the city. Mobilized by the U.S. Navy in March 2003, and spent 4 months in Naples, Italy.
Cummings & Kemp- 2001 to 2003. Paralegal- Responsible for General Liability Discovery; legal research & trial preparation.
