Keith's Story
Life
I moved to Tucson, Arizona after high school and graduated from the University of Arizona with majors in Russian Language and International Business Management. After that I began a career overseas and worked for about 7 years in the former Soviet Union, mostly in ex-Soviet Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan). I returned to the US in August 2007; after a couple of months back home in Howell I decided to settle in the mountains of western North Carolina, where I am currently building a home. I was married from 1991-1993, no kids. I spend a lot of my time traveling, mainly to Europe and Asia. Currently engaged, wedding planned for June, 2008.

d in Marmaris, Turkey and returned to our home in Azerbaijan (in the Caucuses region between the Black and Caspian seas). After a couple of months we decided I would come back to the US and she would wait to receive her visa, which has taken much longer than it was supposed to (long story). She is scheduled for her visa interview at the US consulate in Armenia on December 8th, and plans to come to the US at the end of January, 2009. We are really looking forward to our reunion. We've been unable to make solid plans because of the delay with her visa, but it seems likely that we'll relocate to Cincinnati (my wife works for Procter & Gamble, which is headquartered there). I have put the house project on hold, but hopefully we'll return to western NC within a couple of years and finish it.
