Keith's Story
Workplace
After high school, enlisted in the US Air Force and studied airborne electronics at Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxie, MS. Worked then as airborne electronics navigation-communication specialist at Harlingen AFB, Texas, and Craig AFB, in Alabama.
Joined ITT Federal Electric Corp, Paramus, NJ, as a Field Technician and later, in 1971, became a Senior Field Engineer Supervisor ( without degree), in charge of communications and electronics installations in S. Vietnam for the DOD. Was also broadcast announcer/contrioller for the military communication network in Europe. Worked throughout Western Europe as Electronics Field Engineer.
Also, surveryed and engineered communications, navigation, satellite and other electronics bases for the DOD in the Middle East.
Was Senior Engineer for Lockheed Electronics during the transition in Europe of the movement of all US military communications/electronics from France to Stuttgart, Germany.
Lived in and travelled throughout Western Europe for 6 years. Maintained a villa on the Italian Riviera for 3 years ( between Genoa and San Remo).
Lived and worked in and travelled throught the Middles East for two years. Lived and worked and travelled in SE Asia for 6 years.

Moved to Miami in 1972 for further college studies.( Professional Studies and Psychology).
Worked as Senior technical recruiter for major personnel agency in Miami, Florida.
Own and manage jewelry company and later a clothing company. Worked troughout SE Asia and USA and Caribbean in both clothing and jewelry businesses, which are still operating in Miami and Bangkok, Thailand.
No definite plans to retire. Want to keep working and travelling.
In 1979, severed 6 months from my life and travelled around the world twice. Have lived in 47 countries ( mostly around the middle of the world), and visited many more, also visited 32 islands, and have worked on or lived at over 100 military installations throughout the world. Have taken 29 cruises out of Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Cape Canaveral, and another 18 out of other ports in the world.
Military
From Oct 58 to Oct 62, I was in the US Air Force, enlisted, as an Aircraft Electronics Navigation-Communication Specialist. Also, was rated as Missile Guidance and Navigation Specialist. While enlisted, I was selected Airman of the Month and Quarter at Harlingen Air Force Base, Texas.
