Keith's Story
Since 1968 I have taken many journeys, both inner and outer. I came to Eastern on a search for the most illusive goal of all, God. Eastern was a small part, an enjoyable part of that search. but it didn't fulfill the longing...I returned to Canada and helped to found an alternative treatment center for people suffering from chronic mental disorders. After five years I made a trip to India and there i began to find real confirmation for beliefs that i had secretly harboured but for which i had never found answers that held up to my questioning.
That may sound strange in a way because what I discovered was the mystical, the rationally unexplainable; Why do people suffer? What is reincarnation? What is the dream of life? and so forth. This trip changed my life forever. I began deepening my study of meditation, yoga and shamanism and developed some unique ways of helping people connect with their soul in this lifetime.

for many years. then about 16 years ago I was invited to move to Latin America and I have never left. This culture helped me to open my heart which is of course a necessary step on the spiritual path. It is said that the buddha sits on the lotus of the heart which means that true spiritual life begins only after that base has been established.
I travel throughout Central America doing healing work and take folks on spiritual quests to Bolivia and Peru. Other than that i live a very simple life in a small pueblo in Nicaragua. I try to be semi retired but I don't think anyone ever retires when serving one's fellows is the Path.
I have published a book called The Magic of Healing which is available from Amazon.com or from 3Mpub.com. I have another book on Mandalas which is looking for a publisher. I write as much sa I can and do a considerable bit of wood sculpture.
I am particularly interested in the Trnsition process. That should be the ultimate adventure.
