Kelli's Story
Life
We have two boys. My husband, Max, works for an engineering firm. I work from home in evenings and stay home with the kids during the day. We aren't wealthy. In fact I know our net worth is a negative number. But, we are really happy so it makes up for it. I would love to find out what is going on with all the people I have lost touch with. So if you are one of them, I'm talking to you!
School
Cruising, breaking seesaws, playing in fields, backing cars into ditches, I would do it all over again in a second. I had a lot of fun in high school. I really miss those times. I really miss my group of friends. They were my world and they made life more fun. p of friends to make my world complete. I just hope some day my children can find those kinds of friends that will make every thing they do seem fun and make them strive to be happy and content, just being themselves.
College
Freshmen don't sleep at night. I had to get up at 6am to fly. The scariest thought I can imagine is a sleep deprived pilot learning to fly! I really enjoyed my time at K-State at Salina. The school was small, I was able to actually get to know all of my teachers. I also liked knowing most everyone on campus. I never did become a pilot. I don't know if it was the sleep deprivation of just the sheer awareness that the flying made me queezy, but becoming a pilot just wasn't in the cards for me. I did meet Max there though, and that was truly meant to be.
