Life
I don't think much has changed about me since school except being older, sassier and actually having some meat on my bones...LOL! (unfortunately, I don't have any children to blame it on!lol) but recently have lost some weight and enjoying myself. I moved to Massachusetts to be near my family in 1989 and have been here ever since. yeah, I know...crazy! (I very much miss the beaches!!) I am still trying to convice my husband we need to move back to a warmer climate! :0) I met my husband on a temp job that I took to save money to move to North Carolina with my parents. Needless to say, I never made it to North Carolina and my parents now live in the Florida Keys. My husband, Andrew and I have been married since 1997 after dating for 4 years. We have no children (yet) but we do have 3 very spoiled cats. I still lo...Expand for more
ve 80's music and muscle cars like I did in school. I also like watching baseball (the Red Sox), which is not something I liked in high school. We like dressing up and going to the Renaissance festivals in the fall near the Cape and can't wait for this years!
Workplace
I have pretty much worked in the clerical field since after high school and even did some hairdressing for a couple years. I currently work in a Hematology/Oncology clinic as a secretary. It is a friendly atmosphere where the patient is truly treated with respect and compassion. The Staff accommodate the patient in any way possible during treatment to comfort the patient. I really like my job but really don't in the same respect, some days it can be really sad; I am glad to get to know people and be a part of their lives it is just hard to let them go.
