Kellie's Story
Life
Well, after growing up in a military family and spending most of my time in Bellevue, Nebraska, I ended up graduating high school in Evergreen, Colorado. I went to Colorado State University where I majored in microbiology (pre-med). After school, I decided to take some time off and travel spending most of my time in Eastern Europe. career change. It was either recurrent my classes and continue on the path to med school, or try something different and take some flying lessons. I went the flying path and am now an airline pilot. Besides the ups and downs of the industry (especially since Sept. 11th), I really love my job and the lifestyle that comes with it. Besides seeing the sun everyday, and having the best view of the world ever, it feeds my need for travel. I am based out of O'hare and live in downtown Chicago.
