Life
Almost Infamous
I'm a 25-ish Springs native who currently holds down a job as a policy typist for a local title company, spending my free time doing autocross, photography, beading, and web design. My home is shared with one Strahd the Cat- a furry black toddler who likes to get into things, including, but not limited to, the dishwasher.
I write a lot, I read a whole lot more, and I spend more time on the computer than is probably healthy. I am a geek at heart, and a true Coloradoan, so I hike and love nature, but never learned to ski (this is proof that I'm a native). I love to explore, and my impromptu roadtrips (which, like life, are more about the journey than the destination) are always better shared with someone, as long as you can stand car karaoke. Workplace
Right, when I was little I swore I'd never work in the title industry. Then, as things are wont to do in my life, the dieties above laughed and sentenced me to my doom. Actually, for the past year & 3/4 my doom hasn't been bad- I'm curently a policy typist with a local title company, and *gasp* I work int he same office as my mother. We get along a lot better now, tyvm. When not buried up to mjy eyebrows in files at work, I spend my freetime working on my personal starts at business- web design, jewelry design, and dogsitting. Oh, and that whole writing the next great novel so I can retire and annoy bookstore folks is still in the works.
