Life
Hello Class of 71! Since high school, I've lived in Orlando, FL, Lafayette, LA (twice), Fort Pierce, FL, Birmingham, AL, Norcross (Atlanta area), GA, and now in Gadsden, AL. I retired from BellSouth in May of 2006, following Sheryl's (my wife) retirement from BellSouth in August of 2005. In June of 2007, we moved into our new home that we built on our lot on Neely Henry Lake in Gadsden. We love it here! My son, Kevin, is 28 years old and lives in West Palm Beach, FL. n 2009 and they are expecting their first child (my first grandchild) on January 3, 2012. My parents still live in the Orlando house that they built in 1951, and in which we lived when I was in high school. I have sister and brother still in Orlando, and a brother in Johnson City, TN.
I'm sorry that I missed our 30th Class Reunion, but I had an issue come up at the last minute that precluded my participation. I hope everyone had a great time, and I look forward to the next reunion.
