Kemp's Story
Life
I currently live in Vancouver after brief stints in, Montreal, Whistler, London, England and Plzen, Czech Republic. I have been a carpenter, a bartender, a corporate host, a bus boy, a dog fish processor, an entrepreneur, a marketing and promotions manager, a scafolder, event tent building, retail tourist sales, waiter, dishwasher, a ski trip host, a barrista... well you get the jist of it. I am currently living and working in vancouver in corporate team building, part time school and generally enjoying life in the paced lane.
School
I went to Osler Elementary from kindergarten to grade 7. I grew up there. I then went to St. George's High Sch...Expand for more
ool on a small scholarship. I learned that for my kids a unisex school is the other option if they don't take school seriously. I didn't really enjoy the overall experience, finding it contrived and elitist, not that there is anything wrong with that. I learned more about the "real" face of the world there than anywhere else but the open world. I went onto Mcgill at the behest of parents where my educational prospects floundered due to lack of motivation and incorrect personal values. I needed to feel life before I wanted to analyze it. I am moving back to school because I have no real choice. Unless someone wants to finance my business plan. Cheers ;)
