Ken's Story
After high school I hit the bars in Rockland County for three years. Then I moved to California,Louisiana and Michigan and back to California and then back to New Jersey. Went to St Thomas Aquinas College and got a Bahelors Degree in Elem Ed....Taught for a few years and then became a Commoidities trader ...gold,silver,copper,sugar etc for many years... years and now I am a Jehovah's Witness ordained minister preaching the Good News of God's Kingdom...I am also into body building and am a Personal Trainer...155 lbs with a 30 inch waist and 16" guns....my blood pressure is 100/60 and my psa = 1.8...I can squat 405 lbs,bench press 285 lbs and deadlift 315 lbs..I can do sets of 20 pullups and can do 1,000 ab crunchs without stopping..I don't smoke or drink...or take drugs ..:)- anymore..
