Ken's Story
Hello my friends, After graduation in 1978, I got married in June. I was hired at Van Packer in Buda. Started as a dock worker them moved up to being a mig welder.My wife began cheating on our honeymoon night . She did not know that I knew and she kept it up our whole marriage. It got to me in 1983 and I got drunk and crashed my motorcycle.It was a fatal crash but they revived me.Being young and a True Believer in Jesus Christ I miraculously came through,I fixed my motorcycle and rode again. Not recalling why I had wrecked, a little more than two years later with my wife still cheating I did it again. Only this time I was ran off of the road.But I had been drinking Tequila again so I could not press charges."No evidence" So after that I moved to Sheffield,then back to Buda where I live now across from the football field at our old high school.The first wreck was 7.4.1983 and the second wreck was 8.25 1985. re so close together that it disabled my left side ! I also have a little female bird. My long term memory was undamaged but my wreck my short term is still not good ! Even though I like and love women being shy and disabled has left me alone. My old friends I apologize for drifting away during high school but shyness and foolish choices did me in. I guess this is the price I pay for my foolishness ! Sorry I can not afford to upgrade. But honest my friends I am happy to say that this has not hardened my heart or changed my positive attitude towards others. We all have stuff to deal with don't we ? Always the same, Kenny M.
I ended high school quietly as I entered 4 years prior. I married too young but my dream was about to take flight when through my own fault I was set -up and ran off of the road one night. I still do and always will live in Bureau county as I patiently and prayfuly wait on Jesus to set me free !
