Ken's Story
After graduating from high school, I got a B.S. in Aeronautics & Astronautics from the University of Washington, an M.S. in Engineering from UCLA, and worked more than 45 years at Boeing or companies Boeing later acquired. I started at Douglas Aircraft Company in 1965. They merged with McDonnell the following year to make McDonnell-Douglas. In 1978, I left for Rockwell. In 1996, Boeing...Expand for more
purchased the aerospace assets of Rockwell and the following year, merged with McDonnell-Douglas. Along the way, I became a Senior Manager which I think has an analogy with senior citizen.
In 2008, I retired and have become a ski area inspector. I check to see if the slope grooming meets my high standards. I try to limit my Practice to high-end resorts and I ski over 40 days a year.
