Ken's Story
What about you would surprise everyone at your high school reunion?
The woman I married (along with a couple friends) crashed our 10-year Reunion that was held at my then place of employment, Willie's Hidden Harbor.
Which teacher would you love to see again? Why?
Mrs. Leineman-Beusing was very inspirational to me and my future choices.
What¿s the wildest thing you ever did in school?
10th Grade H.E.A.R.T. group went to a state competition and stayed overnight at the hotel. We partied! We snuck in liquor. I ended up "married" to one of our classmates, I was disco-dancing to "We Don't Need No Education" by Pink Floyd; I didn't want that party to end.
What happened to your first crush?
She wouldn't go to the dance with me (7th...Expand for more

How do you hope old friends remember you?
That I wasn't just the shy kid, there was more to me.
To be truly happy, you would be where, doing what, with whom?
Camping with my family. There is nothing like sitting by a fire with (or without) a beer; Fishing with my son, watching him catch all the big ones; or sitting at the picnic table playing card games with my family.
Life doesn¿t always turn out the way you expect. What¿s been your biggest surprise?
We adopted our first child since we thought we couldn't have any children. Well, SURPRISE, we were blessed with two more wonderful surprises!
You get one do-over. What do you do differently?
I wouldn't have been so shy.
