I was born Feb. 1962. Adopted by my Great Aunt/Uncle 4 months later. Raised in Hobbs,NM. Moved to Big Spring, TX in 1967. Graduated from Big Spring High school in 1980. Joined the Navy in Nov. 1986. ow own two businesses. I contract to Civil Engineers,Computer Drafting designing subdivisions, providing technical project support for our clients. My second business follows my first business. It deals with Construction Storm Water Pollution. I assist contractors in complying with EPA regulations for Storm Water on construction projects.
