Kenneth Edwards:  

In 1965 I got married and believe or not we lived right across from Bay View High on Lennox St. About the same time I joined the Dale Carnegie Alumni Association and gave talks across the country in competitive competitions. In 1967, I started a real estate company called, of course, Ken Edwards Realty and two investment companies. It was here I got interested in computers.Then they were all Dos systems excluding the Mac. So it was a lot of hands on work. In 1968 I ran for alderman of the 19th ward lost to Bob Anderson. I was active in the West Allis Amateur Club during that time.In 1970 I started a sales career With Nestle Foods. I met a lot of famous people in that job. Some of them were: Prime minister of Israel Golda Meier, Mickey Mantle of the New York Yankees, Spanky McFarland of movie fame, Bobby Bragan of the Texas Rangers Baseball team formerly of the Milwaukee Braves an on and on. In 1983 we came to be born again believers with the Lord of Lords and King of Kings Jesus Christ. We accepted his free gift of eternal salvation by believing in our heart that God sent His only Son to die willingly for our sins, was buried and was risen from the grave to show us His plan and the way .(1CORN.15:1-4) Amazing Grace! In 1983 we moved to Dallas,TX with Nestle Foods. It was health transfer for my daughter Leanne who had severe asthma. When we found out how bad the school systems were we started to home school our children and started a support school for other parents that lacked the expertise in certain subjects. It was called PAL Parent Christian Academy and I was president of the school. In 1992, I lost my job thru downsizing. I went back to school and took up computers learning networking, software and hardware. The windows software just started to make an impact in business. It was about time.!!
