Sides that I trade on the stock market. Go up to Manhattan once every few weekends, hang out on the Jersey Shore, visit philly and home to Detroit once in a while.
I bought a foreclosure recently and doing some minor improvements. Hopefully I'll be able to sell the house even in this market, turn a profit and buy a house on the water.
