Kenneth Scott's Story
Life
After finishing school at Purdue I moved to Houston, TX and am working for Hewlett Packard
I'd love to hear from some Raiders, Rebels, and Boilermakers, feel free to get in touch if you ever want to reminisce or wax nostalgic about the old days.
School
Biggest crush? Well, I know its going to break a lot of hearts out there, definitely did mine! Amber Walker. Yep, Amber was awesome. I'll never forget the times we spent together in Ms. Jackson's U.S. History class or Mr. Fairchild's Physics and Calculus courses. If I ever needed a ride to or from school, I could always count on Amber. It was fun, we'd endlessly discuss Pinky & the Brain and plot diabolical schemes of our own to TAKE OVER THE WORLD! I haven't heard from her since graduation and would love to see how she's doing. Last I knew, she was getting married to Charlie so thats how out of touch I am. If by some odd cosmic alignment you are reading this, thanks for being a good friend.
Most inspiring teacher? Mr. Reese was pretty cool, always trying to get me into church and to join the prayers at the cross country meets but thats cool. Funny thing is, nowadays if I had it to do over, I'd participate in those prayers. Bet that caught some of you off guard huh?
If I could do it all over again... *eyeballs Amber* Probably wouldn't have yelled at Heather Moore that one time in Calculus class. Heather, I miss you too, and I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings. You have a nice nose.
Oh, Trevor, I would have kicke...Expand for more
d your ass if that janitor hadn't held me back!! HAHA!! Great though that you shot the best game of your life! Must have been the extra adrenaline boost! Well, hope everything is going better for you, miss all the days on the ballcourt and behind the firehouse shooting hoops.
Danny Rice, you were always a good friend and cool to hang out with. Haven't heard from you in a few years, hope things worked out for you. Just stay away from short Japanese cops!
Carol Risk, what can I say, you were the first person at Southwestern who took me in and made me her friend. How's the baby? I hope you found success there, you're intelligent, smart, and a born leader with a strong will.
Well, I'm here in the office and can't make this too long. I'm going to go ahead and get a membership for a few months and see what turns up. (probably nothing)
College
I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss the old gang. Steve, Francois, Dorso, Gordon, Hanson, Shawn, Tracy, stay in touch. Life is good so far from here!
Workplace
Working at Hewlett Packard has been a pretty great experience. Where else can someone get paid to do something they love? Surfing the web most of the day while being at the forefront of supercomputer technology? Helping to develop the processors and motherboards that make the government and digital hollywood the number #1 acts on the planet. innovate, invent, and inspire +hp
Military
I'm a U.S. citizen registered in the selective service. If you need me, I'll be there!
