Kenneth's Story
I lived in Walhalla, ND from 1952 to 1961 where I attended Walhalla elementary school. In 1961 we moved to Langdon, ND. I lived there until 1967. I attended Langdon Junior High School from the 5th grade to the eighth grade.
I moved to Grand Forks, North Dakota in 1967 and lived there until 1983, when I moved to the western part of North Dakota..
I went to Grand Forks Central High School from 1967 to 1970, when I graduated from Grand Forks Central High School.
I attended UND from 1970 to 1983 part-time, while working full time for the Public Health Lab as a Medical Lab Tech.
After the consolidation of the Grand Forks Public Health Lab with the Lab in Bismarck, ND, I moved to Bismarck and have lived here ever since. I attended Bismarck State College from 1983 to 1985 and received an Associate in Arts Degree in Business Administration. Then from 1985 to 1993, I went back to Bismarck State College and received an Associate In Science Degree in Medical Lab Technology.
I worked for the North Dakota State Department o...Expand for more
f Health , in Grand Forks and then in Bismarck, ND, until I retired in 2005.
I married Donna, who I met while working at the Lab, in September 28, 1985. She is retired from the Health Department, Division of Disease Control also.
I bowled in the Bismarck. Mandan Bowling Association from 1985 to 2004. The high light of my bowling, was being able to bowl in the ABC tournament in Billings, Montana in 2004.
I would like to have my old and new friends remember me as easy going, likeable and trustworthy. I like to tell people who want to get to know me, that with me, what you see is what you get.
I have joined classmates to reunite with old classmates, It would be nice to add some to my friends list and to see how everyone has changed since I last saw them. I would like to hear from some of the classmates that I worked at the Empire Theater with to see how they are doing these days.
We had some good times working at the Theater and I did some after at UND when I was taking classes and working at the Public Health Lab.
