Life
My life, as I know it.... This is where I've been...from birth to retirement.
June 21, 1945...Born at Watts Hospital, Durham NC
1945-1954 Lived in Oak Ridge, TN
1954-1961 Moved to E 2nd Ave, Lenoir City, TN
Lenoir City was the best!!
1961 Dad looses job at Oak Ridge. He worked at X10.
June 1961 Dad finds job in Maryland. Moved to
Gaithersburg, MD
June 1963 Graduated from Gaithersburg High School
June 1963-1967 University of MD
June 1967 Graduated from University of MD with a
diploma in one hand and a draft notice in the
other.
June 1967 Joined the Air Force
1967-1971 USAF. Stationed at RAF Bentwaters, England.
My wife and I lived in Ipswich, England.
August 1969 Married Jean who is the best. She has put
up with me all these years.
Feburary 1974 Son Scott born.
May 1977 Daughter Susan born.
May 1998 Scott and Sheily get married
2005 Scott's and Sheily's daughter Emily is born. If
you have not guessed, this is our first
Granddaughter!
1972-1982 Worked for GEICO. Started in automobile claims and ended as a computer programmer.
1982-1996 Worked for Marriott International

2001-2007 Back to work for Marriott International
Marriott has setup an office in Louisville, TN. On September 28, 2007, my job (without me) moved there. I will be retiring on that date.
