Keri's Story
Life
Damon and I have been married 10 years on March 30th of this year! We started out in Japan, went to California, then on to Virginia/DC area and now we are living it up here in Florida! What a great place to be! We have 3 kids, Joshua 9, Jaden 6, and Emily 3.
School
My biggest crush in high school? What year?? I had many...none of which ever gave me the time of day. My favorite teacher was either Mr. Tichenor (Biology) or Mrs. Parks. If I could do it all over again......I'd be more confident and not let some people push me around. I'd be proud of everything that I chose to do and maybe party more....
College
Nothing in this area......I went military so no time for college...
Workplace
Well besides my full time job as a stay at home mom ...Expand for more
to 3 wonderful children, I did work for about a year at an environmental company, but chose my children over the job. It wasn't worth the pay or missing them.
Military
Went to Navy Bootcamp July 11, 1994 and had the opportunity to experience Florida, from there I was sent to San Antonio, TX for law enforcement school where I became a Military Police officer. Yes, I carried a gun. From there, I was sent to Sasebo Japan where I met the love of my life, Damon. He was in the Marine Corps also stationed there. I got to experience so much and meet so many people. I'll never forget it. After getting out, Damon stayed in until 11-2003, so we still lived the military life. It was great, minus the numerous deployments and stints to Iraq when the war kicked off.
