Life
Well lets see... since 1974... some college.. then four years in the Navy.. then met my wife Lisa-Anne.. finished at Oregon State University... have one son... who is now a teen..worked for Boeing for a couple of years.. then ten years state of Oregon.. finally returning to OSU as a member of the faculty.. whew... that was fast 25 years!

I joined the US Navy where I trained as a weather observer and forecaster. Some interesting things I did during my time in the Navy included:launching weather balloons in Cuba at NAS Guantanamo Bay in 1978; duty weather petty officer for the weather office at NAS Whiting Field during Hurricane Fredrick in 1979, lead weather petty officer at NAS Whidbey Island during the eruption of Mt. St. Helens; and in Oregon, trained operations staff at the Boardman Bombing Range.
